Vinod Kumar :
Vinod Kumar is a Managing Partner of Vinod Ajay & Associates with varied experience of over 32 years, he has been guiding force at Vinod Ajay & Associates, with incisive knowledge of taxation, experience of Internal and Statutory Audits, Project Financing, Project Consultancy, Corporate Restructuring, Direct & Indirect Taxation, Company Law, Corporate Advisory, Management Consultancy, International Services and accounting matters, he has advised many multibillion groups in field of aviation, petrochemicals, infrastructure, telecom etc. in India on taxation, acquisition and restructuring matters. A man of a few words and a lot of action, he has been entrusted and respected by many for his rightful decision making and caring approach. He is a renowned member of Institution of valuers, New Delhi, President of B.A.V. Senior Secondary School Management Society, Balachaur, Punjab and holds FCA Degree from the Institute of Chartered Accountant of India (ICAI).
He has successfully completed the Certificate course on Concurrent Audit of Banks conducted by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
Ajay Bharti
Ajay Bharti is a Joint Managing Partner. He has experience around 35 years and profound sound knowledge in Internal and Statutory Audits, Project Financing and Project Consultancy, bank audits, company audits and taxation matters etc. He hold’s FCA degree from the Institute of Chartered Accountant of India (ICAI).
Rolly
Rolly is a partner of VAA from last 6 years and holds a FCA Degree from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI); she is very multitasking in performing her duties and always gives her best to take VAA to new heights. She has vast experience in Taxation and Various Auditing sectors.
She is a qualified Peer reviewer in the panel of reviewers maintained by the Peer Review Board by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and has even qualified DISA.
She has successfully completed the Certificate course on Concurrent Audit of Banks conducted by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
Dushyant Kumar
Dushyant Kumar is a Partner of VAA from last 12 years. He has Dynamic personality and sound knowledge in Internal and Statutory Audits, Audit &Management Consultancy, bank audits, company audits and taxation matters etc. He is very much involved in Conducting Workshops on Income tax in various Institutions & Corporate Sector. He hold’s FCA degree from the Institute of Chartered Accountant of India (ICAI).
Ajay Goyal
Ajay Goyal qualified as Chartered Accountant in 2014 and was promoted as partner in 2015. He is a partner of VAA from last 7 years. An Audit and Assurance professional having vast experience in the field of Statutory Audits of Corporate leaders in Industry namely, Banking, Insurance, Telecom Sector, etc. He is a true growth relationship builder with excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills. He hold’s FCA degree from the Institute of Chartered Accountant of India (ICAI). He is very versatile and sincere in performing his duties and serving the client’s interest.
